The Kitchen Alchemist: How I Became My Own Food Scientist So My Kids Could Thrive with Anaphylactic Food Allergies

The creative process endures multiple changes on the way to the final product. Such was the case with my wonderful client, Frances Castelli, whose final book title is The Kitchen Alchemist: How I Became My Own Food Scientist So My Kids Could Thrive with Anaphylactic Food Allergies. Together, we decided that this most accurately reflects the content and spirit of her book, which will include 30 mouth-watering, allergy-free recipes. We’re in the process of deciding on the 30 that will make the cut, along with writing and editing the first half of the book, set for release in the fall of 2018.
