Cooking with The Kitchen Alchemist

Cooking with The Kitchen Alchemist

In a moment of spontaneity yesterday morning, my friend good friend Beverly and I decided to make some recipes from Frances Castelli’s international bestseller, The Kitchen Alchemist: How I Became My Own Food Scientist So My Kids Could Thrive with Anaphylactic Food Allergies.

Once we agreed on a menu, Bev thought it would be fun to invite two other friends to dinner.

“Great, then we can capture their reactions on video!” I enthused.

We made a list of ingredients for the three recipes we selected, then set off to do our errands, not realizing it would take us hours to make all the stops we needed to make for culinary and personal purposes.

By the time we got back to Bev’s kitchen, it was 3:30 PM. We got busy prepping, cooking, and baking.

How did we do?

The Kitchen Alchemist Is Now Available on Amazon!

The Kitchen Alchemist is now available on Amazon – congratulations to first-time and BESTSELLING author Frances Castelli on a remarkable achievement! The book has already garnered ten 5-star reviews like these:

“Frances Castelli approaches an important subject with humor and grace. I loved that she included recipes in the book and can’t wait to try them. Food allergies are many times disregarded as “fads” or “trends” by people who have never experienced them. As someone who has experienced food allergies, I appreciate the knowledge and loving approach to the subject in this book. More, Frances, more!!!”

“Frances Castelli writes from the heart. Dealing with a dry subject she injects her personality and bold reveals of her life and loves. While you learn from her research and discoveries, sit back and enjoy her personality and genuine concern for folks dealing with the trials and tribulations of allergy. I’m one (Soy caused me years of misery until uncovered) and really appreciate her work. Well done, Frances!”

“This book shows how much love and devotion this mother & father had for their kids! I love how you feel like you are in their shoes. Hearing what they went through with each child. Knowing the mom did so much to make sure her kids were still being kids! I think it’s great that each memeber of the family is a part of this book, in a big way! Well written! Heart warming!”

The Kitchen Alchemist: How I Became My Own Food Scientist So My Kids Could Thrive with Anaphylactic Food Allergies

The creative process endures multiple changes on the way to the final product. Such was the case with my wonderful client, Frances Castelli, whose final book title is The Kitchen Alchemist: How I Became My Own Food Scientist So My Kids Could Thrive with Anaphylactic Food Allergies. Together, we decided that this most accurately reflects the content and spirit of her book, which will include 30 mouth-watering, allergy-free recipes. We’re in the process of deciding on the 30 that will make the cut, along with writing and editing the first half of the book, set for release in the fall of 2018.

In the meantime, Frances shares enticing photos of her exceptional culinary creations and valuable information on food allergies on her social media sites. Follow her on Twitter @KitchenAlchemBK and like her Facebook Page, The Kitchen Alchemist to stay informed and entertained.

I’ll post updates here as we get closer to the release date.
