RIP Andrew Breitbart

| March 1, 2012 | Comments (3)

I never had the pleasure of meeting new media mogul and tireless patriot Andrew Breitbart in person, though he certainly inspired me on a daily basis. His excellent BIG sites and Breitbart.com were and will continue to be daily reads as we carry on the fight to return the United States to its limited government principles.

The tragic, shocking and devastating news of his death today rocked the conservative blogosphere and reminded us all about the fragility of life. I can only imagine how horrific it must be for his wife and four children, as tough as it is for people like me who only knew Breitbart through his stellar investigative journalism, blogs, infamous tweets and TV/radio appearances.

But though I never actually met Andrew in person, I did have the honor of interviewing him on CRF with my co-host Steven Rosenblum. Listen to the archive here.

And check out AIM’s wonderful video tribute below.

Rest in peace, Andrew, and thank you for everything you’ve done for the cause of freedom. We will continue to carry the torch boldly!
